Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using this service. By using it, you agree to them. Please read them — especially the parts about it not being therapy, and about how subscriptions are billed.
1. What this service is
This is an online relationship coaching service. You chat with an AI coach that offers support, perspective, and practical suggestions for working through a difficult time in your relationship.
2. Not therapy, medical, legal, or crisis care
The service is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create a professional–client relationship. The coach is not a licensed therapist, physician, or attorney. Do not rely on it for decisions that need a qualified professional. If you are in danger, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
3. AI-generated content
The coach's replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete, or not right for your situation. Use your own judgment, and treat the responses as one perspective — not a directive. You are responsible for any decisions or actions you take.
4. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into this agreement. The service is intended for adults.
5. Your account
You may sign in with Google or an email link. Keep access to your email and accounts secure; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
6. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
- You can start with a limited number of free messages. Continued use requires a paid subscription.
- A paid subscription includes “unlimited” coaching for normal personal use, subject to reasonable fair-use limits that protect the service from abuse and automated or excessive activity. We may apply rate or usage limits, and may pause or limit access that is abusive or far outside ordinary personal use.
- Plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (for example, monthly at $29.99 or yearly at $179.99), and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Prices may change, but we'll give notice before a change affects you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- use it to harass or harm others, or to seek help committing harm;
- resell or commercially exploit the service without our permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how you can delete your data.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its software, and its content (other than your own messages) belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. You keep your own messages.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular circumstances.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service or its users.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [set your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
